APPROXIMATE
EXPERIENCE
LET’S GET TO WORK
We Provide Work Experience to Those Who Need It
It’s a known dilemma: job seekers can’t get hired because they lack experience, but they can’t experience without getting hired. We bridge the gap by making work experience accessible to everyone.
Our workplace simulations provide role-targeted, professional experiences.
Users work in real time as interns on in-field projects with A.I. teammates. In addition to the tasks users have to complete, there are calendars to manage, meetings to attend, managers to answer to, and coworkers to help.
In a few weeks users will build skills—both technical and social—that translate to real-world employment.
With Approximate experience doesn’t have to be the barrier to employment; it can be the bridge.
The Company is Simulated. The Work is Real.
You can get a glimpse of the Approximate Experience below, but we recommend you reach out for a full demonstration.

Stop waiting for others to help and start doing something in your control.
Mark Hideo Hansen
Founder & CEO
The Approximate team has a combined five decades of experience education and training. Our DNA comes from time spent as college and coding school graduates, instructors, teachers, program designers, software engineers, product leaders, marketing experts, and executives in education.
It all began with a desire to get a young friend—who was also a great person and hard worker—a job, even though he lacked previous experience.
